Cycle Care provides general bicycle servicing and repairs, including safety inspections, tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. Any final scope depends on the bicycle and component condition identified during inspection. We do not promise a final repair price before inspection, and we do not guarantee exact parts, brands, colours, or completion dates until compatibility and supplier availability are confirmed.
Prices are based on the inspection findings and the agreed scope of work. A deposit may be required for certain jobs, including more complex overhauls, before work begins. Accepted payment methods may include card, bank transfer, and cash on collection, subject to confirmation at the time of service. Any quoted amount remains subject to change if the inspected condition or requested work changes.
Service timing is estimated only and may be affected by parts availability, workload, and the condition of the bicycle. We do not promise same-day repair unless the appointment and required parts have been confirmed. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about the bicycle and for collecting the bicycle once service is completed and the service summary is provided.
